Founded in 2013 by five young talents from Politecnico di Milano and the University of Illinois Chicago, Buildo brings together complementary skills and a shared vision. We partner with companies that want to push ahead by rethinking what technology can do for enterprise innovation.
Since day one, here's what happened
2013 Buildo is born 2016 From CTO-as-a-Service for startups, we shift toward enterprise projects and start integrating AI into our processes and products. 2019 The team expands beyond code, becoming cross-functional with the addition of a dedicated design unit. 2022 Listed among Il Sole 24 Ore’s “Growth Leaders.” 2023 Included in the Financial Times FT 1000 ranking. 2024 We launch Aimasoft, a new brand dedicated to MedTech. 2025 the team grows and reaches 30+ people Today Curiosity still drives us. We’re changing how software gets built through AI software factories that free up time and focus for strategic decision-making.

In 2025 we received the Silver A' Design Award in the Interaction and User Experience Design category for Cellply's VivaCyte software.
Buildo S.r.l. is ISO 9001:2015 certified (Quality Management System) by PJR for the Design and Development of Software.
